Who is MRMG & NREPG?

Swain and Baldwin Insurance, Inc. is a diversified, independent insurance agency. Formed in 1949, they focus on fully integrated delivery of both general and specialty property and casualty insurance and risk management services.

MRMG is an affiliate entity of Swain and Baldwin Insurance, Inc. (SBIand is also administered through SBI and was formed in 1980 to focus on services specializing in Facility Design for Real Estate accounts interested in rigid cost control of their insurance package. MRMG started as a residential program and has grown into a comprehensive program for both residential and non-residential income producing properties. MRMG is a group property program. MRMG is formally known as Multifamily Risk Management Group.

NREPG is a group purchasing program for liability and umbrella coverage and is formally known as the National Real Estate Purchasing Group. National Real Estate Purchasing Group is Registered in it's Domiciled State of Texas; and they are listed as a qualified risk purchasing group at the Risk Retention Group website.

MRMG acts as program administrators for both programs; they utilize the engineering and underwriting facilities of Lexington, Traveler’s, Chubb Custom, Liberty Surplus, Lloyd’s of London and many other Best Company "A" rated carriers.
